This week, we were delighted to receive a generous donation from the Durham University Charities Kommittee, DUCK. This is the second time that DUCK has supported our work and we value their continued support. DUCK's sizeable donation will make a significant contribution to our efforts and, in particular, it will enable us to proceed more rapidly with our well-building scheme in the communities around Abong-Mbang. On behalf of the trustees of Future for Africa I'd like to record our thanks to DUCK's Exec and Barbara Fotheringham for her kind help.
Don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any questions about our work.
Future for Africa is a charity registered in England and Wales, number 1116948. Cameroon is the main focus of
our work.
Future for Africa is a go-between linking communities and individuals in the UK and Cameroon. We recognise that UK citizens desire to make a difference without necessarily knowing how best to help. We therefore bring about links with communities in Cameroon, helping them to achieve their own durable and creative solutions to their needs, and demonstrate to donors that their support has a direct positive impact.
